In the exhibition in RĀMAVA within three days you will meet several thousand existing and potential business partners and clients in one place – business owners and entrepreneurs, procurement specialists and managers of companies of various sizes and industries, and other decision makers.

Depending on the planned exposition, exhibitors have options to choose exhibition areas - indoors in the hall (stands of standardized construction or unbuilt stand places) and in a large outdoor area (areas of various sizes, configurations and surface coverages are available).

Important! Please note that in 2026 the exhibition opening hours for visitors will be from 10:00-16:00 p.m. (in previous years it was open until 17:00).

To become a participant:

  1. Get acquainted with the terms of participation and other documentation of the exhibition.
  2. Fill the Application-Agreement form (word file).
  3. Deliver/send to us filled-in Application-Agreement.
  4. Contact us to apply for and agree on the set of needed services.
  5. Timely pay the invoice * for participation in the exhibition and the applied for services.
  6. Accurately prepare for participation in the exhibition.
  7. If you have any questions, contact us!

* Term discount ("early bird") opportunity –  apply timely, pay invoice by 15.06.2026 and receive 10% discount for area rent; pay by 30.06.2026 – 5%.

* Application forms for participation/trade in the “Seedlings and rural products fair” (i.e. participants who during the exhibition would sell seedlings, handmade rural goods from Latvia, food products from Latvia, and other product categories selected by the Organizer), located in Zone C, are accepted only from applicants registered in the Republic of Latvia.
