2026, September 25, 10:00-17:00 (10 AM - 5 PM) (Friday).
2026, September 26, 10:00-16:00 (10 AM - 4 PM) (Saturday, 1 hour shorter).

Important! Please note that in 2026 the exhibition opening hours for visitors on Saturday will be from 10:00-16:00 p.m. (in previous years it was open until 17:00).

Entrances and parking

Exhibition Visitor Rules

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for everyone, please observe the following rules:

• Admission. A valid exhibitor pass, ticket or invitation must be presented at the entrance. Single-entry tickets must be retained until the end of your visit. Visitors using a discounted ticket must present a valid document confirming their eligibility.
• Supervision of children. Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for children’s safety throughout the exhibition grounds. Children must not be left unattended, especially near machinery and demonstration areas.
• Demonstration areas. Visitors must respect all barriers and follow the instructions of the organisers, demonstration supervisors and machinery representatives. Machinery may only be entered or operated with the relevant representative’s permission and under their supervision. Crossing restricted areas or approaching machinery while it is operating is prohibited.
• Exhibits and equipment. Machinery, exhibits and equipment must not be touched, operated or moved without the representative’s permission. The person responsible will be liable for any damage caused.
• Dogs. Dogs are not permitted within the exhibition grounds. An exception applies to dogs weighing up to 5 kg, provided they are carried in their owner’s arms or kept in a closed pet carrier throughout the visit. Guide and assistance dogs are permitted regardless of their weight, provided that proof of their status is presented at the entrance. They must be kept on a lead and wear a muzzle.
• Prohibited items and substances. Weapons, dangerous objects, alcoholic beverages and any other items or substances that may endanger visitors or disrupt the exhibition are prohibited.
• Public order. Visitors must not disturb other visitors, exhibitors or the exhibition. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or require anyone whose behaviour poses a risk, disrupts the event or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances to leave the premises.
• Smoking. Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, is permitted only in designated areas.
• Personal belongings. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings. Lost property or a missing child must be reported immediately to the INFO point or security staff.
• Photography and filming. Photography, filming and video surveillance may take place during the exhibition. By entering the exhibition grounds, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographic, video or audio materials that may be published and distributed.
• Advertising and commercial activities. The distribution of promotional materials, surveys, sales and other commercial activities are permitted only with the organiser’s prior approval.
• Drones. Unauthorised drone flights over the exhibition grounds are prohibited. Drone use must be agreed with the RĀMAVA Business Centre in advance—no later than Friday, one week before the exhibition. Approval will not be granted during the exhibition. Further information on obtaining drone flight approval is available - here
• Emergencies. In the event of a hazard, technical disruption or evacuation, remain calm and follow the instructions of the organisers, security staff and emergency services. For safety reasons, the organiser may change the programme, restrict access to certain areas or suspend the event.

By entering and remaining within the exhibition grounds, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these rules.
